WINDOW HEARTS



Make a window heart!


Supplies:
~cardstock in reds, pinks, purples
-clear contact paper
-colored tissue paper or bits of ribbon, yarn , etc
-ribbon or string to hang
-glue
-scissors


1.Cut 2 heart shapes out of cardstock.  cut another heart in each center so you have two outlines of a heart., which will be the back and front.
2. Cut 2 pieces of contact paper to fit between the heart shapes.
3. Sticky side up, embellish the contact paper with squares of tissue paper, ribbon, yarn anything that speaks hearts and valentines . Add string or ribbon at top for hanging 
4.Cover with other piece of contact paper when finished adding adornments. 
5. Sandwich the decorated contact paper between cardstock heart outlines and glue the cardstock together .
6. Hang in window to catch the light. . .and enJOY!

I remember making these! I think we used Waxed Paper WAY WAY back then. lol : D
