We collected wild grapevine, that was tangled in the trees by the pond, and decided to put it to good use.
We made faerie rounds by forming them into circles and tucking the ends under. If they vines are too brittles, try soaking them in water. It helps make them pliable again.
Ribbons can be attached by looping over. . .
or the child can practice their tying skills.
But the most fun of all is to take them outdoors
and run and play with the spring winds!
(If you don't have grapevines where you live, use any other bendable twigs , grasses, etc. Get creative!)
happy day!

Love the idea of the children combining the bendy stalks and ribbon. I bet they had fun!
Love Faerie stuff!!
Lovely, cheers Marie
Lovely. Rings and hair garlands were always a fave of mine, too. We used to do them for 4th of July, and did others for my daughter's wedding reception - out in the back yard, under the trees. There is nothing quite so charming as breeze blown ribbons.
