PLENTITUDE

We love to look out and see the veggies beckoning, I'm ready! And yes, I still play with my food. I can't seem to get enough of smiles, which is a good thing, right?
The garden is filled to the brim with luscious tomatoes, in reds, orange and yellow.

Plentitude . . .

despite someone caught in the act!
She, very confidently, hops the fence and partakes of the cherry tomatoes! But who could blame her, they are delicious!!
Our first plan of action is to make salsa.
We going to try a few delicious recipes here, raw and cooked, and see which one suits us the best, or tweak it to our tastes.
We love fresh from the garden salsa but we also want to make some cooked salsa and preserve it to use in other dishes throughout the winter. Yummm!

                                             happy day!

What a beautiful harvest! There are few things as lovely as a freshly picked tomato. Looks like the makings of a great salsa!
