Late for barn chores this misty morning, I quickly made my way through part of the garden and relished in the greening and awakening of the earth.
The plants were wet with raindrops glistening in the light.
The patterns and textures . . . such a joy to behold.
Nature IS quite magnificent!

And there was always a surprise or two
and not knowing exactly what they were but trusting the bumblebees knew as they visited from plant to plant.
Another short stroll took me down by the pond . . . as always
where the daffodils and narcissus are still in bloom
and violets covered the ground nearby
Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.

Isn't the world lovely after a rain? I especially love lupine leaves after rainfall; they look like stars holding a precious drop of silver dew. Thank you for sharing such beautiful images!
